Do you share the email addresses with anyone ?
NO, absolutely NOT !
We will NEVER share your email address with anyone else ! We believe in your privacy and we would never do anything to make you uncomfortable.

What format are the photos in ? All images on Photos and Prints photos are in JPG format.
The photos appeared to be pale, lifeless, they are not bright OR they are too bright.
If the colors of our photos appeared dim or fainted, please adjust your display screen. We are using bright and vivid photography industry standard colors.
If you have a anti-glare display screen on your computer, this might affect the way the photos display on you screen.
What exactly are the cartoon, watercolor, oil painting, ink & pencil sketch illustrations ?
Some these images are done digitally, but they look very good and very close to the real thing.
However it is very hard to notice the difference on the computer screen between the illustrations and the normal photos. You can only notice the difference when the photo is enlarged at 100 %.
I don't see a security logo on your site. How secure is your website for my credit card information ?
Once you click on "Add to cart" button, you will be taken to the shopping cart page where you will be able to see the total of your purchase. Here you will see the "Check Out" button with the credit card logos which will take you to the SECURED PAYPAL site, where you can pay with PayPal or credit card. As we all know, PayPal web page is very secure.
Do you add photos on a regular basis? Yes. We constantly add new photos to our inventory. Click on "Newest Photos" to see the latest photos that we have posted.
Do you offer refunds?
Our Customer satisfaction is top priority. Regarding our digital photos, once you download one, we cannot offer a refund. The reason for this policy is because we offer full access to our entire digital collection of photos and, as such, there is no way for our images/photos to be returned. On a rare occasion we will make exceptions on a case by case basis.
As for our photo prints and canvas prints, in some cases it may be necessary for us to replace a damaged print. Here are general guidelines to follow in case you need assistance:
Send us (Photos Canvas Prints) an email within 48 hours documenting the damaged merchandise and the delivery date by the shipping courier. Damaged prints need to be returned to the sender for inspection before refunds or replacements can be submitted. In some instances, Photos Canvas Prints may waive this requirement upon discretion. Please save all packing material, it will be required by Fed Ex to inspect and determine if the package was damaged by them in shipping.
Photos Canvas Prints is not responsible for damage to prints after they have been delivered. Damaged items that occur prior to or as a result of shipping and handling can be replaced once they are returned to Photos Canvas Prints. Please email us images of the damaged prints. Please handle your prints carefully. We cannot replace a print that is damaged from mishandling after you receive it."
Are there any restrictions on my use of the Photos Canvas Prints - Royalty Free Stock Photos that I download? Yes. While Photos Canvas Prints offers great freedoms and a wide range of uses, we do not allow the redistribution of our photos, or allow the use of our photos within products that are mass distributed in any type of archive format.
If I purchase a subscription are there any other fees I will encounter when downloading from the site? No, an unlimited membership allows you full access to download any photos on our site at no extra charge.
Is account sharing allowed? No, sharing an account is no different than distributing our materials to others. Individual accounts must be purchased by your friends and colleagues.
I bought a subscription, but it says I'm not activated, what do I do? On rare occasions our merchant processors may not send the information of your transaction to our system, so your account may not be automatically activated. Therefore, if you have made a purchase of our yearly subscription and you are not able to access our photos, using your details, send a support request
Do you have a Model or Property Release ?
Yes, we do have Model and Property Releases for most of our images.
